My Quick House Sale was formed after we discovered there was a massive whole in the market for selling houses. The only viable route to sell a house had been to list with an Estate Agent and go through a lengthy and rigid process that could take up to 6 months before your house was sold.
Yet people were being forced to go down this route because there was not really any alternative. There was a CRYING NEED to sell your house more quickly, but it just wasn't possible.
And as we dug a bit deeper into this problem, we found that it was affecting peoples' lives in big ways:
- people were missing out on buying their dream house because they couldn't sell their own house quickly enough;
- people were building up massive debt because they couldn't sell their house quickly enough in order to release locked-up equity
- people who were moving to another location, needed to sell before they moved, but couldn't sell quickly enough - and consequently were being forced to rent in their new location AND pay for their original mortgage on a house which they weren't even living in!
- people were being repossessed, because they couldn't sell their house quickly enough to pay back the mortgage lenders.
We have now been buying property for 12 years, and we are proud that we have filled that gap in the market to allow you to sell your house more quickly. Not by trying to match your house with a buyer like an estate agent, but by buying your property directly from you.
